澳大利亞寵物入境最新規定和要求

這個月澳洲更新了寵物入境的新規定，其中對于中國寵物影響最大的香港地區也有新的規定。新規定在2013年12月2日開始實施，在2014年2月3日之后入境的寵物正式生效。其中澳洲對寵物入境的最重要的規定更新主要是下面幾點：

1、出發前的準備時間延長。寵物在入境澳洲前需要必須提前6個月做狂犬病血清抗體的檢測(RNATT)，之前是3-5個月都可以。也就是香港前往的寵物必須做完狂犬病血清檢測之后6個月方能前往澳洲。(血清檢測結果延長為24個月有效，之前是12個月。)

2、寵物入境澳洲后隔離時間縮短。寵物之前入境澳洲的隔離時間最短為1個月，現在縮短為最低10天的時間。相應的隔離費也有之前的1038澳幣減少為390澳幣(狗狗)，貓的隔離費減少為290澳幣。(以上費用按照正常隔離10天計算)

3、不認可國家中轉第三地解除居住限制。新規定對中轉第三滴沒有居住時間要求，之前要求必須居住滿6個月。這一點其實意義不大，因為寵物經第三滴需要滿足新規定的血清檢測要求，也就是必須昨晚血清檢測之后6個月方能前往，因此跟之前是沒有區別的。其他更新主要體現在寵物第二次血清檢測的時候，把出發錢的血清檢測時間做了更寬泛的要求，在下面的列表中，我們對更新的內容做了詳細的說明(內容來自DAFF官方網站)。
